Hmmm - special shrooms that taste like bacon.
It's enough to make one become a vegetarian - almost. You yourself, Jimmy, acknowledge that bacon is the "gateway meat" and if the creator didn't want us to eat bacon why did he make it taste like bacon?
But I'm definitely going to try this recipe - would be great in a spinach salad - or in a bacon sandwich.
